    Summary

    Students are taking class primarily for grade;need to change this perception.

    1. Offer: everyone can get B- with no work,but only if everyone agrees.
    2. Students never agree, but see that learning should be the goal, not grades.(In e’ship, risk & failure are needed)
    3. Someone asks for B, OK. B+, OK. No consensus.
